Everything in universe is in vibration and has its own resonant frequency or natural frequency, even for the very small living cells in the human bodies. The subject of natural frequencies of human bodies is little known or understood by most people. But given an understanding of it, it is the most fascinating, enlightening and amazing thing, really need to know, especially, living in a world of frequencies and vibration or energy.
By continuously raising the personal natural frequency or vibration, e.g. by always physically active, and by slowly and regularly maximizing the amount of oxygen that goes into the bloodstream by the practicing deep breathing techniques or diaphragmatic breathing, as also mentioned a lot in meditation; the body-spirit-mind network is really getting much better. As a result, the human body will get much healthier and stronger with the higher natural frequency, the energy levels will attain the right balance and equilibrium, and the mind will become much more peaceful.
The lower natural frequencies or vibrations might include unpleasant motions, such as fear, pain, illnesses, diseases, anxiety disorders, depressions, or disappointment, and disagreeable situations and people. Furthermore, according to many scientific studies, certain specific frequencies are able to prevent or destroy viruses, bacteria and diseases for many people. This is how the body natural frequency or vibration level could be considered to link with the physical, mental, and emotional states of human beings. So, the natural frequencies of human bodies might be the essentially vital information or indication that everyone really needs to know or to have in every personal medical record in the future.
The natural frequency of a healthy or happy person is higher than in someone who is not, and laughter also raises the natural frequencies. Healthy or happy person with higher natural frequency are also normally less prone to diseases or illnesses. Our health can be greatly affected by the high and low within our body, e.g. the low natural frequency of the internal organs, such as the brain. The quality and quantities of the food, water and air; that we eat, drink and breathe, respectively, also could make us sick and lower our natural frequencies. Environmental conditions and electromagnetic fields of the earth and the universe can tremendously affect our health or our natural frequencies. Optimal frequency is when all is in order – when we are in balance, our vibration is in unison with the law of vibration – when we all are in tune within our body, the environment, the earth and the universe, and each cell of our body vibrates at the frequency it was designed to…
The horizontal and vertical wave-propagation velocities and natural frequencies of human bodies caused by S-wave and P-wave, respectively, are also the most important or vital information for any engineering designs, medical treatments and personal enjoyment in many well-developed or modern societies. The effects of the important elements in human bodies on wave-propagation velocities and natural frequencies of the human bodies, which are air, water, bones, body flesh, muscles, and temperatures in the human bodies, should be always thoroughly considered and investigated in detail for any projects.
For an average 75 kg man, muscle, skin, skeleton, adipose, organs, and human blood (HB) are measured about 43, 18, 15, 12, 7 and 5 % of the total body mass (TBM), respectively ((Shirreffs et al. (2000); and Sawka (1990)). Human body has been also itemized in terms of body mass in percentages from most abundant to least abundant, as Oxygen (65%), Carbon (18.5%), Hydrogen (9.5%), Nitrogen (3.2%), Calcium (1.5%), Phosphorous (1.0%), Potassium (0.4%), Sulfur (0.3%), Sodium (0.2%) and other trace elements.

By weight, the average human adult male is approximately 55%-75% water. However, there can be considerable variation in body water percentage based on a number of factors like age, health, weight, and sex. In a large study of adults of all ages and both sexes, the adult human body averaged ~65% water. However, this varied substantially by age, sex, and adiposity (amount of fat in body composition). The figure for water fraction by weight in this sample was found to be 48 ±6% water for females and 58±8% water for males (Wikipedia.org).
In general, human bodies could be simply, logically or reasonably considered as the mixtures of Bone-Air-Water (BAW), even though, as specifically, miraculously and very complicatedly designed by the mother of nature.
