My Profile

PHUONG H.V. TRUONG, PH.D., P.E.

Phuong H.V. Truong, born in Saigon Vietnam, received his
Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the National Technical Center in Saigon Vietnam,
Master of Engineering (Geotechnical Engineering) from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Bangkok Thailand,
Graduate Diploma in International Trade from the Deakin University in Melbourne, Victoria Australia; and
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Melbourne in Melbourne, Victoria Australia.
He had worked for many companies in different countries; mainly
(i) Lecturer in National Technical Center, Saigon Vietnam for 5 years,
(ii) as Civil/Geotechnical engineer for the Roads Construction Authority (VicRoads) for 13 years, and received the 1988 Bicentennial Award from the Roads Construction Authority (VicRoads) in Victoria Australia in 1988; and
(iii) as Transportation Engineer for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) in California USA for 9 years; and published more than 38 papers in bridge designs, soil dynamics, geotechnical earthquake engineering and tsunamis.
He has developed many new expressions in soil dynamics, water dynamics, geotechnical earthquake engineering, and tsunamis, e..g. dynamic stiffness, dynamic damping, dynamic soil mass, dynamic water mass, dynamic water stiffness, dynamic spring constants, dynamic water height, dynamic tsunami height, dynamic excess pore water pressure, dynamic liquefaction factors and seismic impedance moments. Especially, he has recently suggested to use air bubbles to reduce tsunami heights to save human lives since 2010.
His current main research interests are soil dynamics, geotechnical earthquake engineering, tsunamis and biomechanical Engineering.

Law of Vibration

Law of Vibration

LAW OF VIBRATION
This is the Law of Vibration, a law of nature that states that ‘nothing rests; everything moves; every-thing vibrates.’
"We are the same as plants, as trees, as other people, as the rain that falls. We consist of that which is around us; we are the same as everything."  Gautama Buddha
The Law of Vibration applies to all things...from the universe, the earth, oceans, mountains, cars, houses, bridges, buildings, radar towers, soil layers, shallow foundations, piled foundations, sound, colors...people, human bodies, human hearts, human brains, the smallest cells in the body, animals, plants, trees,...even to the food we eat... everything...
So, everything has its own natural frequency or resonant frequency!
The Law of Vibration states that everything in life moves or vibrates. There is nothing that sits idle, even for a second. Everything in life is in a constant state of motion.
The Law of Vibration also states that any vibration which is sent out for good increases into higher natural frequencies as it moves through time and space until it returns to the sender bringing with it the gifts of those higher natural  frequencies. In contrast, any vibration sent out for selfish reasons such as greed or power will bring back vibrations with a lower natural frequency.
When someone is drawing energy from others, they decrease the vibratory rate or decrease their natural frequencies of their bodies. On the other hand, the giving forth of energy increases their vibratory rate or increases their natural frequencies of their bodies. When you are radiating good and providing happiness to other people, you are increasing your vibratory frequency or your natural frequency.
Perhaps, the expression “give others what you desire the most” has been regularly saying by a lot of people:
If you lack love in your life, give love.
If you lack money, give money.
If you lack respect, then give respect.
By giving others that which you desire, you ultimately increase that which comes back to you.
Raising Your Vibration, Your Natural Frequency of Your Body, Your Health-Frequency Factors and...
Have Much Better Life…Now!
